  • WHAT IS COACHING?
    Coaching is a method by which people achieve set goals. Essentially through dialogue, a coach will help his Client set a goal and determine the best way to accomplish it. In addition, the coach will help his Client reveal his inner potential through the process. A coach does not tell his Client how to achieve his goals successfully. Instead, a coach will ask questions through which the Client will find the solution to his issues.
  • WHAT ARE THE BENEFITS OF COACHING?
    Coaching is a partnership. It all depends on what brings you to Coaching in the first place. It is about what you choose for your life and your career from now on. If it relates to your professional career, then by being coached, executives and people in the organization handle situations better. A coach will support you regardless of your personal or professional level. However, it is your responsibility to hit those milestones.

    Coaching involves believing that the individual has the answers to their problems. The coach is not a subject expert; instead, he is focused on helping the individual to unlock their potential. The focus is very much on the individual and what is inside their head. Coaching is not mentoring, counseling, or therapy. Coaching is a partnership (defined as an alliance, not a legal business partnership) between the Coach and the Client in a thought-provoking and creative process that inspires the Client to maximize personal and professional potential. It is designed to facilitate the creation/development of personal, professional, or business goals and to develop and carry out a strategy/plan for achieving those goals.

    Coaching implies a personal investment in your success! It is a tailored haute couture service; you are willing to pay to achieve your most significant potential. Therefore, the opposite is true.   • HOW DO I START THE COACHING JOURNEY WITH THE COACHING PILLAR?
    To start working with us, you will sign-up for a 20-minute discovery call. During the session, we will answer any questions you may have regarding starting a coaching package with us. During the 20-minute discovery call, you will get a good idea of what working with us entails. After that, you will decide which package you want to sign-up for. Each package has a one-hour introductory session where we identify your situation. Each package has a specific number of coaching sessions which will take you through a 6-step coaching process: Clarifying your Situation Establishing your Objectives Understanding through Assessment Providing Feedback Identifying Goals. Lay out a Strategy Following up with Support Email and text message support are provided between your sessions to keep you on track.
  • HOW LONG DO PEOPLE GENERALLY WORK WITH A COACH?
    Coaching partnership varies depending on each person's needs and preferences and what objectives are set, what types of goals, and what financial resources are available to support coaching. Usually, the focused coaching takes from 3 to 6 months. And often, people may find it beneficial to work with a coach for longer.
